Vegan eggs (tofu) fried rice noodle


recipe for Vegan Eggs



Ingredients: Rice Noodle, Choy sum, Red cili, Liquid Amino, Onion, Garlic



PASTA with tomato sauce (cooked by fresh tomato)

Ingredients : Pasta, 3 Tomato, Onion, Choy sum, cili, Olive oil and sea salt

Preparation: tomato cut in piece, cut Onion and green Vegi

Instruction : Cook Pasta in Boiling water, heat cooking oil on high heat in another frying pan, fry onion and add in tomato cook until soft, then add Pasta and stir until cook, add salt, Stevia and liquid amino for taste.


冬菇豆腐羹 - Mushroom tofu Soup

材料:冬菇,白豆腐,番茄,玉米粒,芹菜,素火腿,姜丝
做法:所有材料切小粒,热油炒香姜丝和冬菇,加入素火腿炒一下,再加入蕃茄粒炒熟,之后加入玉米加水煮2分钟,最后加入白豆腐和调味,海盐,甜菊粉,玉米粉打芡就可

Ingredients: mushrooms, white and soft tofu, tomato, corn, celery, vegi ham, ginger

All materials cut in small piece, heat oil fry ginger and mushrooms, add vegi ham, then add tomatoes fried till cook, add corn and water boil for 2 minutes, finally adding white tofu and seasonings, sea salt, stevia powder, corn flour for thickening



Tomato fried stinky bean 蕃茄炒臭豆

材料:番茄切粒,臭豆切半去虫泡水,姜丝,葱头,蒜头

作法:热油炒香臭豆盛起备用,再炒姜丝,葱头,蒜头,加入番茄煮至熟烂,再加入臭豆炒至熟,调味加入甜菊,海盐,一点liquid amino就可!

Ingredients and preparation: 4 Tomato cut in piece, Half each stink bean, discard the ones with worms inside. Wash and drain.Onion, Ginger, Garlic each 1 cut in small

Heat cooking oil on high heat in a frying pan, fry the stink beans until they turn a brighter shade of green, about 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside. 
fry Ginger, Garlic and Onion, then add tomato cook until soft.
Add in bean stir and salt, Stevia (sweet replace), liquid amino for taste.
serve immediately with brown rice.



Tomato fried Brown Rice Noodle 蕃茄糙米粉

材料:糙米粉,葱头,蕃茄,甜菊粉(糖),海盐
作法:用清水泡软糙米粉备用,热葡萄仔油炒香切丝的葱头,加入切碎的蕃茄煮到熟烂后,加入米粉和调味搅拌至米粉熟软就可。
佛教素食者去葱头,用点liquid amino调味添加美味。

Ingredients : Brown Rice Noodle (soaked in water), 3 tomato cut in piece, cut Onion and green Vegi

Instruction : Heat cooking oil on high heat in a frying pan, fry onion and add in tomato cook until soft, then add Noodle and stir until cook, add salt, Stevia and liquid amino for taste.

Vegan salad, Vegan Cashew Cheese and sandwich


Yummy Salad
Any fresh vegetable, apple, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame, raisin, salad dressing (vegan mayonnaise and yellow mustard)



Vegan Cheese Sandwich
2 slice of Vegan Cashew Cheese
2 slice fresh tomato
Vegan mayonnaise and Whole wheat bread


Vegan Cheese mix with Brown Rice
Vegan Cashew Cheese, fresh tomato cut in small piece, fresh corn and cooked brown rice, mix all together add Olive Oil and salt for taste.

Potato Mash 马铃薯泥

Ing: Potato, Soya Spread or Soya Butter, Salt, Soya Milk, Green Onion, Pepper and Nutmeg
材料:马铃薯,大豆黄油,豆奶,海盐,青葱,胡椒粉,Nutmeg粉

Bring a big pot of water add salt, potato washed and cut in piece to cook for 25min or until done - a fork can easily be poked through them.

Drain water from potatoes. Put hot potatoes into a bowl. Add Butter and Soya milk, pepper, salt and Nutmeg for taste. Use potato masher to mash potatoes until well mashed. Use a strong spoon to beat further, adding milk to achieve the consistency you desire.

马铃薯去皮切块,加冷水煮至软,接着把马铃薯盛起,加入其他材料搅拌和压碎成泥,青葱点缀就可



Chinese Spanish Soup with Mushroom Nest 西式 园菜+金针菇汤

汤底材料1:Chinese Spanish 园菜(任何青色蔬菜),Corn 玉米 ,wolfberry 枸子,Chinese Dates 红枣,Vegatable Broth 蔬菜精块,
材料2:Mushroom 金针菇,Oliver Oil 橄榄油,Salt 调味料
材料3:80mil Sunflower Oil 太阳花籽油,200mil Soya Milk 豆奶,1 1/2tsp 有机醋 Vinegar

作法1:两大碗水煮沸,把玉米切块和其他材料(除了青菜)一起加入,煮20分钟最后加入青菜,煮熟后把玉米拿起,汤倒进搅拌机搅就可盛上盘,(玉米做配菜吃就可)。

Step 1:Bring a big pot with 2 bowl of water to boil, add all other ingredients into the pot except Spanish,cook for 20min, take out the corn and add in the Spanish, last put in to blender to blend.

作法2:热油镬炒金针菇,加入调味料调味,在放上汤的中间,

Step 2: Heat oil and fried mushroom, add seasonings, cooked and put in the mushroom in the middle of the soup,

作法3:把材料加入搅拌机搅拌1分钟就可。(份量有多可以收在冰箱)

Step 3: Blend the Soya milk and sunflower seed oil together with Vinegar for 1 min.

Then pour the Vegan Cream on top of the soup. 接着淋下Vegan Cream在汤中间就可。

Vegan Strawberry Cheesecake

Peanut Butter Cakes Recipe









My Ingredients:
1 cup Organic whole wheat flour
1 cup Organic all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup Soya milk
1/2 cup Grape Seed oil
1/2 cup Stevia water (The natural sweetner) ( If you have powder just cook with water )
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Directions:


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to mix together creamy peanut butter, Soya milk, Grape seed  oil, Stevia cook with water and add in, and lemon juice.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well combined.
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes. When a toothpick can be inserted into the center of a cupcake and removed with few to no crumbs, they are done.

Lentil Soup

Ingredients: 1 cup of Lentils (red), 2 cup water, salt, 2 spoon coconut milk, Turmeric, Cumin, 1pc garlic, fresh Parsley, Coriander

Lentils, water and salt cook until soft, then add coconut milk, turmeric and Cumin, crushed garlic cook another few minutes, finished with parsley and coriander.

ABC Soup 汤

材料:2蕃茄,1支红萝卜,2粒大葱,2粒马铃薯,海盐

作法:2大碗水,加入所有切块的材料,煮3-4小时,海盐调味就可。

Ingredients: 2 Tomato, 1 carrot, 2 onion, 2 potato

Cut to piece and cook with 2 big bowl water for 3-4 hours,sea salt for taste.

Why ABC? Is all vige full of vitamin A, B and C

韩国式拌饭

1碗糙米饭,紫色包菜,生菜,红罗卜切丝,生蘑菇,菠菜切粒烫熟,铺在饭上就可。

调味可以加韩国辣椒酱,海盐,或liquid amino,又或者蕃茄酱也可。

作法:两大碗水,加入海带煮沸,然后加入其他材料煮熟就可。

材料:菠菜,蕃茄,糙米饭,妈蜜酸母精华 (Marmite),橄榄油,海盐

作法:蕃茄切片加海盐和油和菠菜切丝蒸熟,然后拌入糙米饭,再加入妈蜜精华调味就可。

Vegan Burger

第一次尝试做豆腐汉堡,还算成功啦!

材料:豆腐,小麦粉,海盐,橄榄油,红萝卜,紫包菜(任何喜欢的蔬菜)洋葱,Marmite酸母精华

P/s: 纯素食者可去洋葱 (Buddhist Vegetarian can exclude Onion)

蔬菜豆腐汤


材料:2蕃茄,1支菜心,1白豆腐,1红萝卜,1小粒沙葛,海盐 (任何喜欢的蔬菜)

作法:所有材料切块加入,煮沸的两碗水中煮15分钟,然后熄火放入闷烧锅煮2个小时,最后还要调味就可。

九层塔玉米豆腐汤

材料:半支玉米,1块白豆腐,1粒黄番薯,适量的木耳,2姜片,海盐

作法:两大碗水煮沸,加入姜片,切块的番薯和玉米煮10分钟,然后加豆腐切块,切丝的木耳,煮40分钟或汤够味为止,最后加入九层塔,海盐调味就可。

菜是最后才加入,只有这样才保持营养。

Tom Yam冬粉

材料:冬粉,素Tom Yam酱,豆腐,大白菜

作法:冬粉烫熟一旁备用,两碗水煮沸,加入素Tom Yam酱煮滚后,随意加入白菜和豆腐,素料也可以。

没什么特别和惊喜,志在够简单,而且好过吃快熟面咯!

素鱼蕃茄酱

材料:1素鱼,1大青辣椒,1蕃茄,1小红辣椒,葡萄籽油,海盐,姜丝,蕃茄酱

作法:热油镬煎熟素鱼盛上盘,炒香姜丝加入蕃茄和青辣椒炒,海盐,蕃茄酱调味,少许水,熟了就可以淋在素鱼上就可。

健康黄梨炒饭

材料:1人份糙米饭,小片黄梨(泰国甜黄梨),长豆(豆角),大红辣椒,大芹菜,葡萄籽油,麻油,海盐

作法:所有菜切粒,起油镬炒至大半熟,小火加入糙米饭快速搅拌,加海盐和少许麻油调味就可。

这里介绍一家位于PISA附近的有机素食店,以上套餐-RM9.80, 有三四种选择我都试过,好康又好吃!

有个人火锅-RM18.80,豆腐,罗汉斋,炒菜,Lok Pak,糖水某某喳喳,都在于RM5-20,5个人吃饭共 RM 93,所谓高级的享受却物有所值!


还有多种小菜可以选择,因为是爱康之人,所以吃了后感觉很舒服,不怕吃了什么不好的东西在肚子里,这里我极力推荐!

蕃薯糕

材料:甜蕃薯,molasses 蕉糖,1元椰丝,1元浓椰桨,4匙木薯粉,海盐

作法:蒸熟蕃薯压碎成泥,加入椰桨,一大匙蕉糖拌匀,然后加入木薯粉搅拌,大火蒸40分钟,凉后切块沾上椰丝就可。

用了蕉糖所以属于健康糕点的,凉后有点硬!
