My Ingredients:
1 cup Organic whole wheat flour
1 cup Organic all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup Soya milk
1/2 cup Grape Seed oil
1/2 cup Stevia water (The natural sweetner) ( If you have powder just cook with water )
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup Organic all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup Soya milk
1/2 cup Grape Seed oil
1/2 cup Stevia water (The natural sweetner) ( If you have powder just cook with water )
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to mix together creamy peanut butter, Soya milk, Grape seed oil, Stevia cook with water and add in, and lemon juice.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until well combined.
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes. When a toothpick can be inserted into the center of a cupcake and removed with few to no crumbs, they are done.
