Lentil Soup

Ingredients: 1 cup of Lentils (red), 2 cup water, salt, 2 spoon coconut milk, Turmeric, Cumin, 1pc garlic, fresh Parsley, Coriander

Lentils, water and salt cook until soft, then add coconut milk, turmeric and Cumin, crushed garlic cook another few minutes, finished with parsley and coriander.
