Vegan eggs (tofu) fried rice noodle


recipe for Vegan Eggs



Ingredients: Rice Noodle, Choy sum, Red cili, Liquid Amino, Onion, Garlic



PASTA with tomato sauce (cooked by fresh tomato)

Ingredients : Pasta, 3 Tomato, Onion, Choy sum, cili, Olive oil and sea salt

Preparation: tomato cut in piece, cut Onion and green Vegi

Instruction : Cook Pasta in Boiling water, heat cooking oil on high heat in another frying pan, fry onion and add in tomato cook until soft, then add Pasta and stir until cook, add salt, Stevia and liquid amino for taste.


冬菇豆腐羹 - Mushroom tofu Soup

材料:冬菇,白豆腐,番茄,玉米粒,芹菜,素火腿,姜丝
做法:所有材料切小粒,热油炒香姜丝和冬菇,加入素火腿炒一下,再加入蕃茄粒炒熟,之后加入玉米加水煮2分钟,最后加入白豆腐和调味,海盐,甜菊粉,玉米粉打芡就可

Ingredients: mushrooms, white and soft tofu, tomato, corn, celery, vegi ham, ginger

All materials cut in small piece, heat oil fry ginger and mushrooms, add vegi ham, then add tomatoes fried till cook, add corn and water boil for 2 minutes, finally adding white tofu and seasonings, sea salt, stevia powder, corn flour for thickening



Tomato fried stinky bean 蕃茄炒臭豆

材料:番茄切粒,臭豆切半去虫泡水,姜丝,葱头,蒜头

作法:热油炒香臭豆盛起备用,再炒姜丝,葱头,蒜头,加入番茄煮至熟烂,再加入臭豆炒至熟,调味加入甜菊,海盐,一点liquid amino就可!

Heat cooking oil on high heat in a frying pan, fry the stink beans until they turn a brighter shade of green, about 1 minute. Remove from the pan and set aside. 
fry Ginger, Garlic and Onion, then add tomato cook until soft.
Add in bean stir and salt, Stevia (sweet replace), liquid amino for taste.
serve immediately with brown rice.



Tomato fried Brown Rice Noodle 蕃茄糙米粉

材料:糙米粉,葱头,蕃茄,甜菊粉(糖),海盐
作法:用清水泡软糙米粉备用,热葡萄仔油炒香切丝的葱头,加入切碎的蕃茄煮到熟烂后,加入米粉和调味搅拌至米粉熟软就可。
佛教素食者去葱头,用点liquid amino调味添加美味。
