材料:糙米粉,葱头,蕃茄,甜菊粉(糖),海盐
作法:用清水泡软糙米粉备用,热葡萄仔油炒香切丝的葱头 ,加入切碎的蕃茄煮到熟烂后,加入米粉和调味搅拌至米粉 熟软就可。
佛教素食者去葱头,用点liquid amino调味添加美味。
Ingredients : Brown Rice Noodle (soaked in water), 3 tomato cut in piece, cut Onion and green Vegi
Instruction : Heat cooking oil on high heat in a frying pan, fry onion and add in tomato cook until soft, then add Noodle and stir until cook, add salt, Stevia and liquid amino for taste.
