韭菜花炒香菇

我很喜欢吃韭菜,但这种是否是韭菜类?我还没搞清楚它的名堂,但在中国有吃过,于是就买回来试试看咯!

材料:韭菜花,红萝卜,香菇,姜片,豆腐卜,洗干净切条

做法:爆香姜片,香菇



把菜加入,翻炒至熟,盐,糖,少许水,才加豆腐卜(因豆腐很容易吸受咸味)盖起2分钟,熄火盛碟!



在中国吃的四疆菜用番茄酱+醋炒很不错!我的也不耐,因我想试吃原汁原味,所以没加番茄酱!菜很青很鲜,90分!马币:3.50

I like the soup...You cook all those food? Good can learn from there too...but need to buy many difference vegetables..
