新鲜蔬果汁

除了每天早上喝一杯,其实在吃午餐和晚餐之间都应该喝一杯果汁帮助消化和排毒,我如果没上班,就会打两大杯来喝,这里介绍比较简单,容易准备的,同样的材料要新鲜,打好就马上慢慢的喝完,不可久留!

1)青萍果,红萝卜,芹菜,马冷薯




2)奇异果,青萍果,马冷薯




3)甜菜果,青萍果,红萝卜,芹菜,马冷薯, 蕃茄




4)黑面将军, 蕃茄,马冷薯,青萍果

p/s:身体偏凉不适合




5) 奇异果,黑面将军,青梨子, 加一汤匙 Biogreen organic green balance
