素肉骨茶






材料:A1肉骨茶包,1包金针菇,1块白豆腐,半包炸豆腐,30粒小干香菇,5大粒新鲜香菇,构子,12个腐竹结,几片雪梨干,1罐斋鲍鱼,Liquid Amino, 海盐, 芹菜(香菜),生菜

作法:干香菇先泡水至软,煮沸1.5公升水,加入肉骨茶包,(喜欢浓味道可以加1块桂夫人素精块)香菇和雪梨干,大火煮20分钟,加入白豆腐和斋鲍鱼,然后加入鲜香菇,构子和腐竹结,再煮10分钟,然后小火煮至汤有味就可调味,三匙Liquid Amino,(也可以加2匙素蚝油)然后海盐调味,配合生菜和芹菜吃。


因为和朋友说起素食肉骨茶,让我突然很想很想吃,但是远在伦敦如何找到马来西亚道地的美食呢?在欧洲3个月最想念的就是马来西亚的蔬菜水果和美食,于是敢敢发了信息给宇宙,今天就在伦敦的华人街里的华人商店买到肉骨茶包,还有其他配料,哇!太感恩了!伦敦的天气阴湿凉凉,喝着热热的汤,感动到眼湿湿,无论如何当然是非常美味可口啦,配合天和地利的安排。。。当然是100分!
